The flat is ideal for 4 people, nevertheless, this Barbieri Real Estate apartment can host up to 6 guests, including its sofa-bed.


Main bedroom has a double bed . Second bedroom has two singles beds.
Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stayover night.
The house has an independent kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher and glass ceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it.
The flat also has: working desk, italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hair dryer, bed linen, two towels per guest and iron.
Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine.


You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has an L shaped sofa  and flat screen TV.
There is a central heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the Summer, you will have a splits AC equipment. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay.
Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 200€/month.
Barbieri Real Estate will take care of the management and assist you during your stay in this serviced apartment. We offer many services upon request, such as regular cleaning (including) replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry, search for a parking space nearby and transfer service from/to the airport.


Last but not least, at Barbieri Real Estate we take the safety and ease of our guests and collaborators very seriously. This house has a guarantee of disinfection according to the official protocol for cleaning and sterilization of accommodations related to the Covid-19. We use approved cleaning products and disinfection materials, guaranteeing a completely safe space.
